Te poahi

Yesterday I visited Te poahi the moari classes. It was fun. We did some songs first then we colored in some pitches.I really liked it. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Niamh

Yesterday I went to Niamhs  house so she could take me to horse riding we had a custard dough nut to share.Yum.we played a bit i was so exited. then we went to horse riding i got to ride Jessie.And Niamh rode Red there both new.

Futsal.

On Wednesday 17th of august we did Futsal with Ben. I think i need to work on kicking the ball properly . first we had to kick the ball to each other. It was really fun!

Horse riding

every Wednesday me and Some other girls do horse riding. last time i rode a horse
called Jessie she was new. I liked her but i fell of 4 times in the lesson. it was my first lesson I've ever fallen off.But i still love Jessie.

Horse riding

On Wednesday me and Niamh are going to horse riding lessons at Rata bank equestrian centre. Me and Niamh used to do it on Monday.Now were doing it on Wednesday at 4:00 till 5:00 .We already know how to trot and walk on them.I ride Ash and  Niamh rides Ruby.

The monkey bar hang.

At school we have been doing inquiry and its based on the Olympics. We did a monkey bar hang for endurance to see how long we could hang on for. My first try I got 4 08 and next i got lower. I think i did good. My friends did good to.

lavender

Yesterday a lamb called lavender got brought into class by Jacks dad. At first she got scared but then we went in a circle and she walked  around it.It was so cute!I hope Lavender can come in again.

planting.

A few days ago our class went to the river to plant a type of grass and a few trees.My best friends Izzy and Niamh planted grass and Izzy planted something else.This is us planting my friend Niamh is our class enviro  agent. She has to go to
a lot of meetings to pick up
rubbish it was fun.It was to help the fish in the stream.

wig wednesday.

A few Wednesdays ago it was wig Wednesday its where we get to dress up in wigs or have crazy hair.I had colored hair it was pink and purple.My friend Niamh had ribbons and colored hair.I think she looked cool.

This is some photos of our class with our crazy hair and wigs on!I loved wig Wednesday it is to raise money for kids with cancer and there families.Why we chose to fund raise for that is because it must be very hard for them and there families.We managed to raise quite a lot of money for them and I think it was a good idea.  
  
  

museum

Yesterday we went to the museum but the person who works at the suter was there.We made clay it was very fun.On the way there and back I was buddys

with Izzy.We found out that there are 36 soliders in a platoon.We made clay hands with diffrent sighns

Warter safty,

Every Monday our class does water safety.Water safety is about what to do if you get pushed into a deep river or fall in and no one can help you.Last time we learned about strong waves and currants. 

   

 These are some photos of us at water safety.Water safety is at river side pool we walk there from school on Monday after morning tea.Its really fun I cant wait till our next one!I am in a group with Niamh ,Izzy, Brandon, Summer and Mathew.The pool has a shallow end and a deep end.There are a lot of different groups.I really like water safety.

hockey.

Thursday 17 march we did our first hokey game of the year .We practiced our hokey haka and holding the bat correctly.

We did some games as well they were fun. We did one where we had to dribble the balls to the other side.It was fun.

swimming.

At the start of the term we did swimming.I took photo's of people with aliyah because we forgot to bring our togs.I was in one of the highest group the same as my friend Izzy.We practice over arm and back stroke.

I really liked it but the warter got to cold for me and Izzy sometime.

Purple cake day.

 Purple cake day was last Friday and my school had to dress up in purple.Our syndicate sold lemonade and some other syndicates made cakes.I got to spend 7 dollars on them.I brought two cakes and three lemonades.Izzy brought two lemonades and a cake.
